Job summary

Avtron Power Solutions, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock movements on the Cleveland floor. This role requires meticulous data entry in ERP/MRP systems and proactive variance investigation to prevent discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in inventory control, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Work occurs primarily in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with safety and 5S lean initiatives

Qualifications

2+ years of inventory control, supply chain management, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods.
Investigate root causes of variances and implement corrective actions.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or excess material.
Ensure proper handling of electrical components and parts.
Perform physical counts and support annual audits.
Prepare reports and track stock levels and movements.
Use inventory software to manage stock and orders.
Adhere to safety and inventory procedures; support 5S lean initiatives.
