Job summary

The Jay Group, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize inventory in our Lancaster warehouse. You will oversee receipts, movements, and cycle counts to keep stock accurate and readily available.

Responsibilities include audits, generating reports, analyzing discrepancies, and coordinating with the IC team. You will operate cherry pickers and forklifts and may work outside regular hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory control systems and audits.
• Proficient in reading inventory reports and operating procedures.
• Knowledge of Excel and basic Microsoft applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory transactions such as receipts, adjustments, and movements.
• Coordinate storage to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Analyze data to identify trends, stock discrepancies, and issues.
• Generate and review inventory reports to provide insights on performance.
