Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood in Dallas is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to perform timely cycle counts, verify perpetual inventory and ensure accurate lot and date integrity. You will work with the Warehouse Management System (WMS), adjust stock in the system, report discrepancies, and support ongoing efforts to reduce shrink while upholding safety and quality policies.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a physical assessment.
• Intermediate math and computer skills (MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quarterly cycle counting of inventory to ensure accuracy of perpetual inventory and lot/date integrity.
• Make accurate cycle count adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for planning and evaluation.
• Communicate potential inventory losses (expiration, temperature issues) to supervisor to ensure timely action.
• Correct mis-located products during counts and document with a Quality Incident Packet.
• Research discrepancies, input adjustments into WMS, and review related databases to ensure net position accuracy.
• Retrieve, research and put away stray product; process outbound returns and recalls as required.
