Job summary

The Pos Service Holland in Southaven, MS is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk responsible for full cycle of inventory, from requisition through storage, plus discrepancy resolution and inspections.

You will record material issues, returns, and receipts in the ERP, perform weekly cycle counts, maintain organized stock areas, and support process improvements to boost accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive returned material stock and assess suitability for restocking through disassembly and inspection.
• Record material issues, returns, and receipts in ERP with accuracy.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts based on system-suggested reorder lists.
• Organize warehouse areas and implement stock labeling for easy retrieval.
• Research discrepancies to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Collaborate to improve processes for location accuracy and productivity.
• Expedite daily flow of special order SKUs, label, locate, and ship on time.
• Ensure units of measure match for received and outgoing items.
