Job summary

Qnergy, located in Ogden, Utah, seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage BOM accuracy, track materials, and perform cycle counts across the facility. You will oversee daily KPI inventory reporting and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely material availability.

This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing inventory control, experience with NetSuite, and forklift proficiency. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a visually organized workspace and following 5S

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing inventory control.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review production orders for BOM accuracy and timing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and FIFO systems.
• Process material transactions including scrap and adjustments.
• Manage material movement for outside processing.
• Create work orders for the production team.
• Coordinate with supervisors to discuss progress and changes.
• Examine documents to ensure conformance to standards.
