Job summary

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inventory counts, processing, and sorting damaged/defective merchandise.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and re-wrap sellable merchandise.
• Maintain correct stock/inventory status for damaged, defective, and returned items.
• Process vendor chargebacks and manage returns per vendor policies.
• Ensure department is organized, clean and follows safety protocols.
