Job summary

Americold in Henderson, NV is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Clerk to conduct regular counts, update records, and support discrepancy resolutions across our warehouse operations.

You will use AS/400 and Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel) to maintain accurate data, assist with special projects, and ensure safe handling of goods. A forklift license and a 1‑year office experience are preferred for this full‑time role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED plus 1 year of office experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with AS/400 and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Forklift license.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts including cycle counts and full inventories and record and communicate results as needed.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies by investigating claims, adjusting quantities, handling damaged or missing inventory, and disposing of inventory as necessary.
• Update inventory records and discrepancies in the Warehouse Management System, including processing adjustments.
• Assist with special projects and handle customer-specific requests related to inventory.
• Report on operational errors that impact inventory performance.
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying and reporting safety concerns.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as requested.
• Other essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.
