Job summary

Wayfair in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an IC Warehouse Associate to protect inventory integrity and ensure product quality within our fulfillment network. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and use WMS and Nexus devices to track stock and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with teams across departments. Growth paths exist in operations, leadership, and management as Wayfair continues to expand its warehouse

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with cycle counts.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Outlook/Excel or Google Sheets).
• PIV Certification (Cherry Picker/Reach Truck) or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to read English safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve damaged/missing items.
• Monitor reports on inventory availability and adjustments.
• Safely operate MHE, including cherry pickers and reach trucks.
• Maintain a 5S clean, safe workspace and support cross‑department targets.
