Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cranbury, NJ. The role involves loading/unloading orders, moving items up to 75+ lbs, and using scanners and warehouse software to track inventory across all stages of fulfillment.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with cross-training across fulfillment functions. Applicants should be able to work 8+ hours, stand/walk for shifts, and read/understand English.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of lifting up to 75+ lbs unassisted.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for 8+ hour shifts.
• Basic computer/tablet/handheld device use required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload and move furniture orders and inventory safely.
• Use scanners and warehouse software to track inventory.
• Inspect, repackage, label, and sort products for shipping.
• Maintain safety and 5S clean work area.
