Job summary

Cencora in the United States is seeking a warehouse support team member to count bulk merchandise, adjust inventory levels, and support shipping and returns. You will provide internal and external customer service and assist with physical inventory.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations, a high school diploma, and strong communication, math and organizational skills. Shift is Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, pay $21.00/HR, not including shift differential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping or inventory control.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Strong math, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations.
• Performs adjustments on inventory levels and researches discrepancies as needed.
• Requests return authorizations, pulls product, packages and ships returns/ recalls.
• Provides internal and external customer support.
• Assists with physical inventory and develops new processes as needed.
