Job summary

Blue Diamond Attachments, a Knoxville, Tennessee manufacturer, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies on the floor and in the system.

You will perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and collaborate with Supply Chain to improve inventory precision, while safely operating material-handling equipment in an on-site role with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory control or related experience.
• Intermediate Excel and comfort working with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• ERP experience; Syteline or similar experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and inventory audits.
• Research discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate receipts, transfers, adjustments, and inventory records.
• Support quality checks before products move into stock or ship.
• Prepare inventory variance and accuracy reports.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to improve inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate material‑handling equipment as needed.
