Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of inventory control/warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Verify inventory quantities against work orders and system records.
• Prepare, process, and distribute inventory documentation to departments.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for quality and labeling.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Package materials and finished products per customer specs.
• Coordinate movement of materials between production, warehouse, and shipping.
• Support shipping to ensure complete and on-time orders.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Perform additional inventory control and warehouse duties as assigned.
