Job summary

Bimstore is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage inventory records and perform cycle counts. You will locate and retrieve parts for staff and update the Visual software system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Key duties include using SAP to update records, maintaining spreadsheets, and generating reports. The role requires attention to detail and consistent attendance, with a 6AM-2PM Monday-Friday shift.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; previous AKG experience preferred.
• Must be available and able to work the agreed shift.

Responsibilities

• Use SAP to update inventory records.
• Assist employees in locating parts using SAP to check location and quantities.
• Maintain a spreadsheet comparing actual vs. required inventory.
• Generate regular reports to support timely product arrival and inventory accuracy.
• Physically verify inventory every 3 months.
• Stay familiar with all parts used in assembly.
• Respond to inventory inquiries (email or verbal).
• Report issues to Supervisor or appropriate team member.
• Follow all AKG EMS policies and procedures.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Run daily Kanban reports.
• Confirm space availability in Location 560 (Weld) before warehouse transfers.
