Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking inventory clerks to join a safety-conscious, outgoing warehouse team in Mesa, AZ. You will maintain inventories, perform cycle counts, and use a WMS to verify data, with a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Thu 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) and competitive benefits.

The role requires attention to detail, basic office skills, and familiarity with Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint. Eligible associates receive PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, boot allowance, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of general office experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail with good communication skills.
• RF scanning system experience.
• Willingness to work the required schedule and location.
• Complete Penske employment application, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory records and ensures unit quantities are correct.
• Match quantities to pallets, pick locations, and stock locations.
• Perform cycle counts (1st and 2nd level).
• Perform inventory adjustments.
• Scan products using a WMS to identify, move and verify inventory.
• Identify damaged products and coordinate returns with vendor.
• Report quality errors to supervisors.
• Enter records into computer and maintain item attributes in the system.
• Complete daily inbound/outbound audit logs.
• May operate warehouse equipment up to 50% of the shift.
