Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is hiring inventory clerks for our Mesa, AZ facility. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and processing returns within a Warehouse Management System.

The position operates on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM) with a wage of $21.25 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, boot allowance, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of general office experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and ensure unit quantities are correct.
• Match numbers and letters to verify counts on pallets and locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Electronically scan products using a WMS to identify and verify inventory.
• Document daily audit logs for inbound and outbound.
• Support warehouse operations and other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
