Job summary

CEVA Supply Chain in Perry Rd, Plainfield, Indiana is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will maintain accurate inventory records, perform audits, investigate discrepancies, and support daily warehouse operations across receiving, shipping, and production teams.

You will use WMS/ERP systems, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper labeling while generating reports and improving inventory integrity. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using WMS, ERP, or inventory software.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS or ERP.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies (overages, shortages, cycle counts).
• Report inventory levels and issues to management with supporting reports.
• Support inventory counting activities and adjustments with timely resolutions.
• Operate material handling equipment for audit and cycle count needs.
• Verify inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
• Ensure proper product identification and labeling.
• Maintain organized storage locations and inventory integrity.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze trends.
