Job summary

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and supply chain management, seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator to join the Operations Department. The role focuses on inventory management, reporting, and coordination with logistics teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED or 3 years of related experience, experience with inventory transactions, and proficiency with inventory systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with inventory transactions in a production environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and review on-hand material status, taking action on each item daily.
• Make recommendations for inventory adjustments and stock item status changes.
• Prioritize materials for orders and communicate status updates to the team.
• Distribute daily and weekly reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist supervisors with maintaining transactional system integrity and resolving inventory issues.
