Job summary

TileBar in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Warehouse- Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy in our distribution center. You will conduct cycle counts, reconcile variances, and use a WMS and Excel to generate reports for management.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading with PIT equipment, operating Order Picker or Turret Truck, maintaining a safe, clean work area, and collaborating with a team to fulfill orders promptly. Background check required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in cycle counting and PIT operating experience within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent understanding of Excel.
• WMS experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain records of counts, discrepancies, and resolutions; generate reports for management.
• Load/unload materials using PIT equipment and move pallets safely.
• Operate Order Picker or Turret Truck to count locations and verify accuracy.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Assist with packing, inventory checks, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
