ARTERIORS Home in The Colony, TX is seeking an Inventory Associate to help maintain inventory accuracy and support the flow of products through the warehouse. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and process returned merchandise while using handheld scanners and inventory systems.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Outlet, Showroom, and Customer Experience teams, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements. This role is Monday–Friday with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in warehouse or inventory-related roles.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory systems and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and system transactions.
• Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise per company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain inventory accuracy and identify trends.
• Support process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, 5S-compliant work environment.
• Track personal performance metrics and meet daily KPIs.
• Communicate with leadership and peers to support transparency and accountability.
