BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking team members to support inventory management and control processes in a fast-paced retail environment in Seabrook, NH. You will count, sort, and manage damaged or returned merchandise while collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations.

We value reliability and teamwork, with a focus on accurate stock records, safety, and member satisfaction. This role involves standing for long periods and adhering to club policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with department teams to track, plan, coordinate and execute inventory counts.
• Follow count processes and procedures.
• Obtains return authorizations from vendors, processes vendor chargebacks, and packages and ships merchandise returns per policy.
• Maintains the correct stock/inventory status for damaged, defective, and returned merchandise.
• Assess breakage logs and process damaged merchandise out of inventory.
• Conduct daily club safety walks in the absence of RTV.
• Administer salvage and donation merchandise orders.
• Execute merchandise protection on designated items.
• Review daily return reports, process merchandise recalls, and process tire and battery returns.
• Re-wrap sellable merchandise using proper seal and shrink-wrap packaging guidelines.
• Ensure the department is organized and clean; follow safety, filing, and lock-up standards.
• Enter weekly front door recoveries into case management system as directed.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
