Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a part-time inventory/receiving role where you’ll support department inventory counts, process damaged or returned merchandise, and coordinate with vendors to obtain return authorizations. You’ll work with multiple departments to maintain stock, ensure safety, and uphold club standards.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, effective communication, and a willingness to learn club procedures.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Basic math skills required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Works proactively with department teams to track, plan, coordinate and execute department inventory counts.
• Obtain returns authorizations from vendors and process vendor chargebacks.
• Maintain correct stock/inventory status for all damaged, defective, and returned merchandise.
• Conduct daily club safety walks and follow count processes and procedures.
• Enters weekly front door recoveries into case management system and ensures policies are followed.
