Job summary

Actia Electronics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support warehouse operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate stock levels for manufacturing lines. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to interface with multiple internal departments.

Responsibilities include updating records, counting materials, verifying lead times and pricing, and assisting in receiving and packing shipments. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Strong math and communications skills.
• Ability to interface with various internal departments and business units at all company levels.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating records.
• Counting materials and components in stock.
• Update/confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and pricing.
• Supplying electronic components to the manufacturing line.
• Assisting in the receiving of goods into the warehouse.
• Assisting in packing goods for shipment.
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer balances.
• Additional duties as needed.
