Job summary

Pavestone Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. You will oversee accuracy of manufactured materials and enter daily production into our JDE system, maintaining mold data, codes, serial numbers and cycles.

You will analyze stock levels, generate reports, and communicate findings to the General Manager. The role requires at least one year of inventory control experience and may require a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Accurate oversight of manufactured materials through data/reporting processes.
• Entering daily production into a JDE system.
• Maintaining mold data, availability, codes, serial numbers, and cycles daily.
• Month-end data preparation and reconciliation.
• Create and manage count sheets.
• Enter tag data as required.
• Evaluate stock levels and reorder needs.
• Report sales trend data to the General Manager.
• Submit monthly production schedules to the General Manager.
