Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to follow cycle counting procedures.
• Reads and follows SOPs and work instructions.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Performs basic math calculations for counts and reconciliations.
• Maintains inventory records and accuracy.
• Proficient with basic computer data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and maintain safe work practices.
• Contribute to KPI achievement including safety, quality, productivity, and Lean initiatives.
• Perform scheduled inventory cycle counts daily, monthly, and annually.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report results promptly.
• Research discrepancies and assist with resolutions per procedures.
• Communicate discrepancies to Inventory Control Clerk or Production Manager.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Perform mathematical calculations to support counting and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Production, and Warehouse staff.
