Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions seeks an Inventory Control Associate to support inventory management for production materials. The role involves cycle counts, audits, and details-oriented stock control to ensure accurate material availability for manufacturing.

The position requires forklift experience, basic Excel skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work may occur in office, warehouse, or manufacturing settings with adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working in a warehouse or with inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory management with strong attention to detail.
• Report nonconforming and damaged materials and stock issues.
• Perform item lookups and complete return to stock (RTS).
• Assist with destruction and disposal of client-owned inventory and company materials.
• Operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain tidy work area and manage data entry tasks.
