We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependableInventory Control Specialistto join our 1st shift team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory integrity through cycle counting, receiving, warehousing, and ERP data entry, while also supporting shipping operations as needed.
Inventory Management:
Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system (IQMS preferred).
Receiving & Warehousing:
Receive raw materials and packages, verify documentation (packing slips, certifications), and store materials appropriately.
Shipping Support:
Provide backup assistance to the Shipping department, including preparing shipping documentation.
Organization & Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and safely operate forklifts or hand lifts to move materials.
ERP Accuracy:
Ensure real-time, accurate data entry for all plant locations.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
