  • Experience implementing lean material flow initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Job description

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory health and ensuring materials are available when and where they are needed. This position combines analytical thinking with hands‑on problem solving, giving you the opportunity to influence operations, improve efficiency, and make a visible impact every day.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of relevant logistics experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, warehousing, shipping, or inventory management.
  • Experience implementing or supporting lean material flow initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio; experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
