Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking an Associate - Inventory Control to help maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse operations. You will perform cycle counts, coordinate inbound and outbound movements, and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate’s degree in a related field and experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
