Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support accurate inventory records and cycle counts at our Vernon, Alabama facility. You will coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, investigate discrepancies, and generate analytical reports on inventory levels and trends.

The role requires attention to detail, strong data-entry accuracy, and teamwork. Proficiency with inventory software and MS Office is expected, with a background in warehouse operations preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
