Job summary

BOGE Rubber & Plastics in Hebron, KY is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain daily counts of production purchased parts, oversee shipment of pass-through parts, and keep accurate inventory records for audits.

This role collaborates with Production and Material Control to resolve shortages, supervises daily scrap activities with Quality in SAP, and reports inventory conditions to the materials planner to support uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily inventory counts, analyzes data and makes adjustments as needed.
• Works with Production and Material Control to analyze shortages to determine root cause.
• Oversees the daily scrap process and transacts daily scrap in the SAP system with Quality.
• Maintains inventory control records for audit purposes.
• Informs Material Control of all unexpected inventory situations.
• Oversees the Component reclamation process.
• Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal with Logistics and Finance.
