• System Report Review: Analyze and monitor system reports to determine materials actions.
• Data Accuracy Supervision: Oversee and verify system data input for accuracy in inventory reports.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Participate in physical inventories and reconcile reports; correct discrepancies.
• Sales Support: Provide inventory information to the sales team for planning and delivery coordination.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain records for material receipt and inventory adjustment transactions.
• CERTS Management: Manage CERTS records; contact mills for missing CERTS and provide CERTS to customers.
• Purchase Order Management: Oversee and maintain Purchase Order files.
• Tracking and Reporting: Monitor outside processing scrap and inventory older than 60 days.
