This position involves maintaining and promoting inventory accuracy in the retail store by reviewing reports, conducting audits, and communicating with management. The role collaborates with sales, receiving, and leadership to ensure inventory accuracy, replenishment, and loss mitigation, while also providing customer service support throughout the store.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and adjustments.
• Conduct display and inventory scans, and reconcile variance reports.
• Review and communicate price change reports and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist customers by identifying needs, recommending products, and promoting programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency with System Two, RF/Gizmo devices, and DOMO reporting.
• Ability to analyze reports, organize information, and communicate findings effectively.

Travel and Physical Requirements:

• Not applicable for travel.
• Ability to use ladders/lifts, perform computer work, walk, sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Independent Judgment:

Performs duties within company policies, analyzes problems, and exercises judgment to adapt guidelines and make recommendations affecting policies and procedures.
