Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. seeks a warehouse auditing specialist to ensure inventory accuracy. You will audit cycle counts, review discrepancies, and align Supply Tech OS with physical stock across locations.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams to investigate issues, maintain audit records, and generate reports for leadership. This role emphasizes process discipline and data integrity within the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Auditing the cycle count process to ensure accuracy between on-hand quantity in Supply Tech OS and physical stock.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse work processes through audits of standard work instructions and layered process audits.
• Cycle Counts: meet 8%-10% monthly locations and 25% quarterly minimum targets.
• 100% of warehouse locations must be counted by December 15th each year.
• Inventory Audits: research discrepancies and determine causes by reviewing past transactions and warehouse records.
• Review reports to identify problems needing further research and root-cause determination.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to correct discrepancies so OS and physical stock align.
• Quality Errors: track errors/deviations identified during audits and maintain detailed records.
• Review quality errors for trends and escalate to management.
• Generate management reports detailing quality errors to ensure resolution.
• Store Tasks and Audit 2 Reports (RIMS): monitor progress and keep targets in check.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly and assist with resolutions.
• Maintenance Tasks: maintain records to reflect inventory accuracy and inbound/outbound activity.
• Maintain Supply Tech OS accuracy for all shipments and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain auditing routines for cycle counts and inventory integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective system transactions.
• Monitor audit reports and escalate trends to management.
• Ensure OS reflects actual warehouse stock for inbound/outbound movements.

Job description

• Auditing the cycle count process to ensure accuracy of comparing the Supply Technologies operating system (Supply Tech OS) on-hand quantity with what is physically present.
• Ensure adherence to work processes of the warehouse personnel through audits of standard work instructions and layered process audits.
• Cycle Counts:
• Ensure compliance with the corporate goal of achieving the minimum of 8%-10% total warehouse locations each month, for a total of 25% minimum each quarter.
• 100% of all warehouse locations must be counted by December 15th of each calendar year.
• Inventory Audits:
• Researching discrepanciesidentifiedduring warehouse processes, todeterminethe cause and resolve through review of past transactions and warehouse records.
• Reviewing reports toidentifyproblems requiring further research and determination of the source of discrepancies.
• Work with theappropriate warehousepersonnel to address discrepancies once the cause has beenidentified, so the necessary transactions can be made in the system to ensure the Supply Tech OS and physical product matches.
• Quality Errors:
• Maintain detailed information for the tracking of errors / deviations to the established work processes that areidentifiedduring the process and inventory audits.
• Review quality errors todetermineif there are trends that need to be addressed by management.
• Generate reports toadvisemanagement on the details of thequalityerrors, to ensure that resolution is achieved.
• Store Tasks and Audit 2 Reports (RIMS Only):
• Monitor the Store Tasks and Audit 2 Reports to confirm progress is made and ensure that the target levels are not exceeded.
• If resolutions are not achievedin a timely manner, advise theappropriate personnelso thatitcan be addressed and resolved.Assistin resolution as timepermits.
• Maintenance Tasks:
• Maintain records of tasks completed to ensure inventory accuracy and provide management withan accuraterepresentation of all parts received and shipped out.
• Accuratelymaintainthe Supply Tech OS for all inbound and outbound shipments, as well as adjustments made to resolve discrepancies.
