Staffmark Group is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Dothan, AL to support warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. The role involves handling materials safely, using RF scan guns, and maintaining precise records.

Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with a starting pay rate of $13.50 per hour. Responsibilities include inventory counts, reporting, and process improvements while working with visibility into the movement of products.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse systems, scanners, or inventory control preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (order picker experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scan guns and warehouse inventory systems accurately.
• Use desktop computers and software for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Perform counts, updates, and location management.
• Operate an order picker to retrieve materials safely.
• Work at heights following safety procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with warehouse organization and process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
