Safariland in Massachusetts is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will help ensure material availability and production continuity.
You will perform cycle counts, maintain ERP accuracy, support Kanban and 5S practices, and collaborate with production leads to meet schedules. The role demands attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a hands-on approach.

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing accurate inventory of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports production continuity by ensuring material availability, maintaining inventory accuracy, and improving inventory processes.
On site role in a production facility with welding, machining, and fabrication operations. Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment (PPE required). Collaborative, small team environment.
