Job Posting Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Pay rate: $35.72/hr on W2

Duration: 06+ months contract on W2

SHIFT: 05:00am - 03:00pm (MON to Thurs)

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the maintenance of various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
  • Assists with the development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
  • Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.
  • Initiates tooling orders under guidance of senior leaders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
  • Assists in tooling dispositions.
  • Assists in investigation of manufacturing-related issues of limited scope.
  • Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs under guidance of senior teammates.
  • Assists in reviews design, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies to meet costs and schedules.
  • Assists in development of work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
  • Provides ship side support under guidance of senior teammates

Qualifications:

  • HS/GED/Equiv required. Associate Degree or trade school in related discipline and/or 1+ years of manufacturing planner, or production experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Exposure to P6 or other GANTT-style schedules
  • Understanding of the Manufacturing Engineering Organizational function.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
  • 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing planning experience in an aerospace company
  • Knowledge of GD&T
  • Experience with Manufacturing & CAD Software (Jules, CMES, Velocity, Enovia, Delmia, CATIA, CREO, Etc.)

Forklift experience required.*
