Job summary

Atkore is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to be based at our Cartersville Regional Distribution Center. You will maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and support ERP-driven workflows to keep stock accurate and in compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years inventory experience in a warehouse setting, with proficiency in ERP software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and safety-minded teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude focused on safety, quality, and engagement.
• 3-5 years inventory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient with computers, inventory software programs, Microsoft Office, and local ERP software.
• Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and notice discrepancies in inventory and finances.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while solving issues.
• Lift and manipulate up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Perform daily cycle counts to keep the RDC compliant.
• Assist with adjusting inventory in ERP system.
• Assist in tracking, sorting, and labeling inventory as needed.
• Help ensure correct stock levels and safety guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and accurate paperwork.
• Collaborate with accounts receivable to ensure transactions are recorded.
• Partner with operations to identify inventory process improvements.
• Provide data and trends to leadership for inventory improvements.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
