Job summary

Vistar, a leading U.S. distributor of candy, snacks, and beverages, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support accurate warehouse inventory. Under direct supervision, you will count and record quantities, verify totals, and post results to inventory records, communicating clearly with teammates and vendors.

You will perform daily cycle counts, flag discrepancies, and assist in maintaining organized storage. A fast-paced environment requires attention to detail and teamwork to help keep the supply

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
• 6-12 months warehousing, inventory, accounting admin support or related area
• 1-2 years warehousing, inventory, accounting admin support experience within foodservice industry

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate physical inventory count on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory.
• Handle salvage product.
• Check for outdated product.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts.
• Perform assigned job duties under constant time pressures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
