Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedules: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counting to ensure the accuracy of inventory records, maintaining the most up-to-date and efficient methods of inventory control available.
- Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment used for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/grazing tires.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet in stock racks that are 25 feet tall.
- Organize, implement, adjust, and monitor cycle counts.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain records of inventory adjustments, resolving errors with warehouse personnel.
- Follow up on customer shortages or other errors.
- Create and support strong trusting working relationships within the team.
- Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist in implementation.
- Be cross‑functional across multiple areas of the warehouse.
- Understand the receiving and pulling processes.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to review and suggest operational efficiency improvements.
- Review and organize warehouse bin locations.
- Execute daily cycle counting and put‑away audit.
- Perform other job-related tasks as instructed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The employee must be qualified to perform visual, auditory, physical, and mental tasks required to operate equipment safely. Duties include frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) may require team lifts or mechanical equipment. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL) must be worn. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- Minimum one year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Four years of prior experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a related field, or equivalent training.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good memory and accuracy with lengthy part numbers.
- Ability to process large volumes of paperwork with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of individuals.
- Proficiency in basic math and accounting methods.
- Above average scanning accuracy.
- Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to be trained and use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
