Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking an Inventory Control & Shipping Technician for locations in Auburn, Kent, Renton, SeaTac & Tukwila, WA. You will own the flow of goods, unload inbound, pull items with RF scanners, and prepare shipments with accurate labeling.

The role requires standing and lifting up to 50 lbs, safety-mindedness, and the potential for forklift certification that can boost pay. This is a full-time position with day shifts, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Inbound accuracy: unload trucks, confirm manifest details and inspect for damage.
• Order fulfillment: pull items with RF scanners or pick-lists, pack and label for shipment.
• Inventory integrity: perform cycle counts and help replenish stock to align system and shelf.
• Outbound readiness: wrap pallets and load outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
• Safety & housekeeping: keep aisles clear of shrink wrap, pallets and cardboard.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify quantities against manifests.
• Select items using RF scanners, then pack, label and stage for shipment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in restocking to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare pallets for outbound shipping and ensure safe loading.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety policies.
