Experience operating a stock picker/order picker lift truck is strongly preferred. Crown equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

New Era HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate / Order Picker for a full-time seasonal opportunity in Auburn, WA. We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious team member with warehouse experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience operating a stock picker/order picker lift truck is strongly preferred. Crown equipment experience is a plus. This position involves receiving, putaway, inventory control, cycle counting, replenishment, and operating warehouse equipment throughout the shift.

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive, count, inspect, and verify incoming product
• Audit inventory for accuracy
• Tag, stage, and stock incoming merchandise
• Prioritize and stock high-priority or “hot” items promptly
• Complete and submit receiving documentation
• Run and review basic inventory and receiving reports

Putaway & Inventory

• Stock inventory using a stock picker/order picker lift truck
• Use a handheld terminal (HHT) or RF scanner to track inventory
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Consolidate inventory and maintain organized storage locations
• Verify product quantities and warehouse locations for accuracy

Replenishment

• Move overstock inventory to picking and storage areas as needed
• Replenish product to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Consolidate product to maximize warehouse space and efficiency

Safety & Equipment Operation

• Safely operate stock pickers and other authorized warehouse equipment
• Follow all established warehouse and equipment safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Properly use warehouse tools and equipment
• Report equipment or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Stock picker/order picker lift truck experience strongly preferred
• Crown equipment experience is a plus
• RF scanner or handheld terminal experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Dependable and punctual
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
