Husqvarna Group in Columbia, SC is seeking an organized inventory coordination professional to ensure accurate order processing, cycle counts, and timely replenishments. You will print and verify work orders, reconcile inventory, and support export documentation.

Work closely with customer service and manufacturing to keep processes flowing, maintain files, and manage documentation for COD shipments and audits.

Competenze

• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with data entry preferred.
• SAP experience helpful.

Mansioni

• Break down work orders and print customer orders for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure integrity of inventory accounting system for reconciliation of finished goods inventory.
• Monitor priority list and release customer orders to shipping when product becomes available.
• Coordinate daily with customer service, production control and manufacturing to keep order process flowing.
• Prepare export documents for Canada and support export activities for other countries.
• Replenishment orders: follow-up, generate, ship and receive.
• Inventory management clerical support and data entry of inventory transactions.
