Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY, is seeking a Lead for shipping and warehouse operations. The role focuses on floor execution of daily shipping, kitting, inventory handling, and on-time shipments, working with SAP, AES, and TMS systems to meet customer requirements.

Shifts are Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with a hands-on leadership approach, coaching teammates, and coordinating with APS for escalations and training progress.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily shipping and kitting to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Use AES, Carrier Networks, TMS, and BOL to support shipments.
• Coordinate shipping with workcells and carrier schedules.
• Assist onboarding and training of employees; support floor operations.
• Escalate issues to APS and provide real-time guidance.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and adherence to standards.

Ensure proper packaging, system transactions, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments to meet customer requirements.
