Job summary

GPC, the parent company behind NAPA, seeks an ICQA Associate to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality in our distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and inspections using handheld scanners, verify stock levels, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining safety standards.

Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock flow, monitor quality during receiving and shipping, and support continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and quality control procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Analytical skills to identify discrepancies, trends, and support problem resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory management software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to product safety and quality is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Monitor daily inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and update records; coordinate movement to optimize stock flow.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections, document defects, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and support audits.
