Job summary

QVC Group is hiring for an Inventory Control & Profiling I role at our West Chester location. You will support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill and ensure inventory integrity for fulfillment operations.

You’ll perform counts, help resolve issues, and partner with leaders to drive improvements while adapting to weekend and overtime needs as part of our Cornerstone team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Inventory Control & Profiling experience.
• Knowledge of pick/pack process, replenishment and returns put away.
• Trained on PIT equipment (walkie, crane, stock picker) and able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to travel between Ohio Distribution Centers and work flexible hours, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform location and aisle maintenance cycle counts and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Coordinators to complete goals and projects.
• Identify inventory issues and support process improvements.
• Resolve inventory problems and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
