Job summary

QVC Group’s West Chester fulfillment center is hiring for Pick Pack Team Members to support Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill). This on-site role offers full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal positions with various start times, reporting to an Outbound Operations Supervisor.

You will pick and process orders, perform quality checks, maintain safety, and collaborate with teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
• This position requires walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Available to work flexible hours such as overtime, and weekends.
• Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer.
• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size, and quantity.
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements.
• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution.
• Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• All other duties as directed by CSI Management.
