Job summary

Brand Junkie is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support accurate physical inventory across multiple warehouses and connected sales platforms, blending hands-on warehouse work with ERP investigations and reconciliations.

Reporting to the Inventory Control Lead, you will coordinate with warehouse, order processing, receiving, and production teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain precise stock records. Hours are 8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional extra hours.

Qualifications

• Experience handling ERP-based inventory transactions with proper documentation.
• Strong Excel skills for sorting, filtering and data comparison.
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Attention to detail and clear cross‑department communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs cycle counts, physical counts, recounts, and stock validations; documents results and investigates variances.
• Reviews stock requests by comparing physical quantities, ERP balances, and order allocations; escalates unresolved issues.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies, negative balances, and allocation issues by reviewing receipts, transfers, and transaction history.
• Executes authorized inventory adjustments, issues, and transfers within ERP permissions and maintains documentation.
• Reconciles movements between warehouses and coordinates resolution of transfer and allocation discrepancies.
• Reviews SKU, label, and location information for inconsistencies and coordinates corrections with relevant personnel.
• Collaborates with warehouse and Order Processing to resolve inventory-related fulfillment issues.
• Creates and affixes labels, organizes stock, and performs putaway and replenishment; maintains records.
• Identifies damaged inventory and assesses its impact on stock availability and allocations.
• Supports returns, relocations, and cleanup projects by validating items, quantities, condition, and locations.
