Qualifications

• ERP software experience; Syspro preferred.
• Ability to read policies, guidelines, specs, and safety standards for compliance.
• Familiar with modern warehousing practices.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication.
• Team player who builds relationships with coworkers.
• Safety conscious with forklift awareness.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to write routine reports and analyze data.
• Strong time-management in fast-paced environments with deadlines.
• Ability to lift 10–60 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and account for inventory issues, returns, and documentation; check against packing lists.
• Trace item history from cycle counts and recommend remedial actions for discrepancies.
• Perform ERP inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy and input data accurately.
• Use cycle count procedures to count and reconcile selected items daily.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Prepare cycle count reporting documents and monthly inventory analysis.
