Marmon Holdings is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our Fort Worth, TX facility. You’ll oversee materials and finished goods stock, perform regular audits, and collaborate with production and purchasing to optimize operations.

The role requires strong inventory management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems and barcode workflows. Expect a full-time, first-shift schedule with standard warehouse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of inventory control experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing or distribution.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Perform regular stock counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Collaborate with production and purchasing departments to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Process and document inventory movements, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
• Assist in managing and controlling the flow of goods to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Maintain organized records of inventory transactions, including discrepancies, damages, and adjustments.
• Ensure the warehouse environment adheres to safety standards and proper material handling procedures.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and report inventory data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues, including stockouts, overages, and misplaced items.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support cycle counting and physical inventories as needed.
