Job summary

Wastequip is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy and support Parts department operations. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate backorders with vendors, and assist purchasing to ensure material availability.

This role requires 2–5 years in inventory control or related fields, and experience with ERP/MRP systems; manufacturing or heavy equipment background preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of inventory control, purchasing, warehouse administration, or parts coordination experience.
• Manufacturing or heavy equipment industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring inventory transactions and investigating discrepancies.
• Perform audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate backorder parts with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions; work with Purchasing to expedite orders.
